4)Cardiovascular Exercises -you don't need too much space to sweat it out, there are various ways in which you practice cardio. Squat jumps, mountain climbers, bear crawl push-ups can help to relieve any anxiety or stress one might feel during a pandemic.
5) Body Weight Exercises-Finding ways to keep your body flexible? Pilates is the answer, this will tone your muscles, help you to make use of your internal resistance and most importantly enhance muscular control.
